It arrived in a smaller box than anticipated, and that was a good thing. It's easily brought into the house. All the materials were neatly packaged, and with the exception of a few bolts, decently documented. The assembly instructions are easy to follow as well, but I definitely need my reading glasses to see the small print. It took about an hour or so to assemble. Whoever said 1 person can assemble this Power Tower in 20 minutes or so is sorely mistaken. Not difficult, but I highly recommend a socket wrench. Now, on to the Power Tower itself. It's a solid, light weight piece of equipment. I highly doubt that it will safely support 400 lbs, but my 225 lbs is totally fine on it. It does wobble a bit, but nothing a few well placed weights can't take care of. Even the leg raise station is usable. My only issue is the actual pull-up bar should be angled out a bit further from the center line of the tower. It's a bit close to the cross brace, making it easy (as others have mentioned) to hit your shins. I used a barbell pad, coupled with the packing material, to cover the cross brace. This way I don't bash up my shins (to the person who recommended doing this, I say THANK YOU!). I just need another zip tie to put on the other side of the pad. LoL! Overall, it's worth the purchase IMO. The few negatives are far outweighed by the positives of this Power Tower. The ability to maneuver it around the house to different rooms is fantastic, and it's small footprint is perfect for my needs.
